The Oasis Residency is a 24-month, support-raised position designed to develop the next generation of ministry leaders. You won’t just be “on staff”; you will be mentored, stretched, and deployed into high-impact ministry.
Reach the next generation on campus, lead small groups, and disciple students in the heart of Charlotte.
Work alongside our pastoral staff and leadership to learn the “behind-the-scenes” of operations, worship arts, family ministry, community care, and more.
